Being a Happy Teacher: Strategies for Your Classroom and You (TALL)
About the Course
Do you wish grading took less time, you had a teacher website, Google Classroom, Hyperdoc, that you could get advice from a dietitian on healthy eating, ways to de-stress, and talk to a financial planner to learn how to budget the big bucks teachers make? Time to become a Happy Teacher! This is a project-based hybrid class. We will meet on March 13th at Legacy High School for an introduction to Happy Teacher Classes: Create a Teacher Website, Using Google Classroom, Hyperdocs, Technology Tools in the Classroom (Google Quiz, Edpuzzle, Kahoot, and Polleverywhere), Create a Personal Budget, Stress Management, and Healthy Weight Management. The other weeks are online. You will choose what area you would like to focus on and complete an activity for that area independently.
- This class meets on March 13th at Legacy High School from 4:30 - 7:30 pm.
- The other weeks for this class are online.
