Amanda Kerrigan
Amazing class! Although he book was written about newcomers 20 years ago, it is 100% relevant to our cultural climate today. The discussions and reading are well worth your time! If you want a course that is both relevant and life changing, this is the class for you!

This was a fantastic class. The book is great, and the discussions thought provoking. The class assignments allowed me to connect my learning directly to my school and local community. I was very inspired, and highly recommend this class!

Great class! It made me think about our newcomers arriving to the US. The book made me realize I need to take action and help our new students.
