About the Course
This course will provide participants with an opportunity to study and implement principles of personal effectiveness. The book study will engage participants in reflection, planning and implementation of transformative practices that will lead to more purposeful and engaged classrooms and professional learning teams. Participants will collaboratively discuss strategies and techniques for effectively engaging students within the school culture through self-reflection and character building.

- Recognize principles of personal effectiveness.
- Examine how physical, mental, spiritual, and social/emotional resources play a role in workplace performance.
- Identify and assess the difference between building character and attaining success.
