About the Course

Educators will focus on using their content and curriculum to promote ethical and moral choices in student behavior and community interactions. This course emphasizes how what we teach is often already a useful tool for educating youth on these important ideas and choices in life.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Identify activities and behaviors in students that exemplify a strong or weak moral and ethical code.
  • Implement various opportunities for students to develop and strengthen their moral framework using the current content.
  • Develop a class “moral code” for students to adopt, live by, and follow in order to succeed behaviorally in and out of the classroom.
