Advanced Schoology: Take Your Skills to the Next Level

About the Course
Educators will actively participate in online learning to further develop their Schoology page with a variety of engaging and interactive lessons and web design. By the end of this course, educators will be able to do the following:
- Create banners and buttons that link to a variety of websites.
- Create interactive lessons using programs such as Edpuzzle or Flipgrid and embed them into the Schoology website.
- Create tutorial videos for students and families about how to navigate your website.
- Create a variety of assessments and activities.
- Do a variety of miscellaneous things within Schoology to make your life easier.
This course is appropriate for all educators in the elementary and secondary levels. This includes teachers, teacher librarians, counselors, principals, social workers, instructional coaches, and anyone else who would like to house and organize their materials in an organized website.
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Implement a variety of advanced activities that students can complete to show their understanding of your curriculum.
- Use a variety of assessments to support student learning.
- Identify a variety of tools within Schoology that will allow you to create an interactive and engaging website for students.
