About the Course

Leaders influence. They set the stage for others to flourish and perform to their potential. Being a leader starts with knowing yourself. This requires an understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, values, beliefs, motivations, and desires. In this course, you will discover what motivates you and how you work best. This is the first step in becoming the leader you are capable of being. Once you understand who you are, not who others think you are, you are ready to lead and inspire others to their own greatness. There is a leader inside everyone; it’s time to discover it.
