About the Course

The role of the school leader has evolved over time and through that change , the amount of responsibilities and expectations on leaders has shifted. There are so many expectations that are being asked of leaders, it is critical that focus remains on the most important aspects; building relationships, making connections, developing a mindset of growth, and exploring innovative leadership to ensure that changes made are focused on the future. By identifying three components; build staff, be intentional and open doors, leaders are provided a framework that will allow them to weave a tapestry of positive culture and success for all.
