Using Mail Merge for Parent & Student Communication

About the Course
In this course, teachers will actively participate in online learning to learn how to use MailMerge to streamline their communication with parents and students. Participants will learn how to create customized communication templates, merge data from spreadsheets, and send personalized messages in bulk differentiating the communication between students, staff, and families.
This course is appropriate for all K-12 teachers.
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Create custom communication templates in Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
- Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to manage data for MailMerge.
- Merge data from spreadsheets into customized communication templates.
- Send personalized messages in bulk to parents and students.

I did not realize how powerful mail merge was before taking this class! Brittany leads the course in a way so it isn't overwhelming.
