Very useful in the classroom. Also impactful as you learn about how the brain responds to exercise. Kids learn more and better when they get regular exercise.

I loved this class and the book! It helped me realize how important exercise is for our brain health. Kids and adults all need to move more, and this class motivated me to implement more movement in my classroom and in my own life.
