This course is designed to empower teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Participants will explore evidence-based practices, refine their behavior management techniques, and learn how to address individual student needs within the framework of PBIS. Through a combination of theory and practical applications, educators will be equipped to proactively manage classroom behavior, foster student engagement, and promote a culture of respect and accountability.
