About the Course
In this course, teachers will actively participate in online learning to explore advanced Canva skills to use in their classroom and with their students. Each week, we'll focus on advanced and interactive features, specifically of Canva Pro, like bulk editing, Canva Live, Magic Studio, collaborative whiteboard sessions to make learning fun, and more. Whether you're new or a Canva Pro, this course will help you create awesome materials for your classroom. By the end of the course, you'll have numerous skills to up your project and classroom content game that are ready to use with your students! Canva in the Classroom is another course introducing the basics, but not required to take first.
This course is appropriate for all K-12 teachers.
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in using Canvas features including Bulk Edit, Magic Studio, Whiteboard, and other advanced tools available.
- Engage in collaborative design processes, utilizing Canva's group work and whiteboard features, and create ready to go lessons to implement in the classroom.
- Build a mini unit plan using the Ready-to-Teach Lessons offered to educators.
- Create a resource for English Language Learners to support the unit plan.
- Develop a resource for their students or colleagues on how to use Canva including their favorite features learned in this course.
