About the Course

By changing the way we ask questions, we can transform conversations in a way that will allow us to truly see, hear, and understand where those around us are coming from. The book Ask Powerful Questions: Create Conversations that Matter" will help you to lay the foundation for trust, psychological safety, productivity, impact, and a culture of connection.

This three credit class is meant for educators at every level and every subject, K-12. This includes, but is not limited to, teachers, principals, librarians, and counselors.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Hold more meaningful conversations with students and peers. 
  • Shift language to allow conversations to be more open.
  • Create intention to let others know that you are willing to know who they are.
  • Build rapport to show students that you truly see them.
  • Create open conversations to let others know that you hear them.
