About the Course
This course is a book study of Mel Robbins' latest book, The Let Them Theory: A Life-Changing Tool That Millions of People Can't Stop Talking About. Teachers will actively participate in online learning to further develop their understanding of their own emotional responses to a variety of situations and be guided in not only becoming more aware of their responses but also be given tools for how to respond rather than react.
This course is appropriate for teachers and staff of any grade level.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify and explain the core principles of The Let Them Theory, including how adopting this mindset can improve personal growth, relationships, and emotional resilience, as well as how to apply this to students they work with.
- Reflect on their own experiences and develop strategies to implement The Let Them Theory in everyday situations, such as handling criticism, setting boundaries, and reducing stress.
- assess their mindset before and after engaging with the book, discussing any shifts in perspective and outlining actionable steps for continued personal development.
