In this online course, educators will actively participate in online learning to dig deeper into their own thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that got them to today to live their best lives. This is a book study of Mark Manson's The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*uck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life. This course is appropriate for any educator.  Every discipline could benefit from this thought provoking book.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Identify what is important in terms of what is being worked towards, what people find value in. 
  • Define the metrics of success.
  • Recognize and take responsibility for how one perceives situations.
  • Determine core values, and whether they match up with the person’s definition of success.
