Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Define the Science of Learning and cognitive science.
  • Identify evidence-based learning strategies and misconceptions that lead to deep learning.
  • Apply the Science of Learning research to implement actionable instructional strategies in the classroom.
  • Develop and record a presentation demonstrating the Science of Learning principles and communicate actionable steps for schoolwide change and vertical alignment.
