About the Course

Every teacher has faced the frustration of students who stop at the first hurdle.  This course is designed to transform that 'stuck' mindset into a problem-solving engine. By integrating the Engineering Design Process (EDP) into your daily routine—regardless of your subject or grade level—you’ll learn to turn classroom obstacles into creative opportunities. This 5-week integration provides a high-impact, low-cost blueprint for making innovation a consistent habit in your classroom, not just a once-a-year event.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Apply strategies to assess STEM content.
  • Develop lesson plans to integrate STEM challenges into.
  • Cultivate an inclusive environment through hands-on learning experiences. 
  • Identify the key components of the Engineering Design Process.
