About the Course
This course provides educators with foundational knowledge and skills in the use of Google Drive, Google Keep, and Google Vids, with an emphasis on organization and effective digital workflow practices. Through online learning, participants will develop the ability to efficiently manage, store, and share digital resources using Google Drive, apply organizational and productivity strategies through Google Keep, and create basic instructional and communication videos using Google Vids.
Emphasis will be placed on implementing best practices for digital organization, enhancing professional efficiency, and supporting instructional effectiveness. This course is designed for educators seeking to establish or strengthen foundational skills in managing and utilizing digital tools within an educational setting.
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Develop and implement effective organizational systems in Google Drive, including folder structures, file naming conventions, and storage strategies to support classroom and professional efficiency.
- Apply Google Drive sharing and collaboration features to manage access, distribute resources, and facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues and students.
