Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

• Participants will implement the Talk-Read-Talk-Write framework to strengthen literacy, critical thinking, and student engagement across content areas and grade levels.
• Participants will design and facilitate structured reading, discussion, and writing experiences that support students in constructing and communicating their understanding of academic content.
• Participants will analyze student work and other classroom evidence to evaluate the impact of literacy-based instructional practices and make informed adjustments to instruction.
• Participants will apply evidence-based literacy strategies that promote equitable access to rigorous learning opportunities for all students, including multilingual learners and other diverse learners.
• Participants will develop a sustainable plan for integrating the Talk-Read-Talk-Write framework into their regular instructional practice to improve student learning across the curriculum.
