CEA's "I Can Do It” workshop is a training on classroom management. This interactive curriculum includes elements for every teacher: identification of communication and learning styles, interventions for difficult student behaviors, hints to help create a smoothly flowing classroom, tools to build positive parent-teacher relationships, and an opportunity to link with other teachers as supportive partners. The course is primarily for teachers in their first five years of teachin and is made available to all educators.

This training is only for the new teachers in Fort Morgan. It will be held at Columbine Elementary.
