Jeremiah believes that education is powerful.  We are in a prime role to shape the future.  We can speak life and encouragement to students and coworkers. So, staying current in educational research is important to reach students in the best ways possible.  Maya Angelou said, "Do the best you can until you know better.  Then when you know better, do better."

Jeremiah believes professional development needs to be interesting and applicable.  He has presented at the Colorado Council of the International Reading Association conference, has led dozens of classes on COpilot, and has led district professional development sessions.  As a practicing teacher, he values ensuring that all the information can be put into practice.
