CEA COpilot allows users to create their own bundles and receive a set discount rate based on how many classes they take! Essentially, the more credits you add to a single transaction, the bigger the discount you receive.
- 4 credits in your cart = 5% discount on your cart total
- 5 - 7 credits in your cart = 10% discount on your cart total
- 8 - 10 credits in your cart = 15% discount on your cart total
- 11 - 13 credits in your cart = 20% discount on your cart total
- 14 - 16 credits in your cart = 25% discount on your cart total
- 17 - 20 credits in your cart = 30% discount on your cart total
When it comes to other promotions and coupon codes, you'll always get the discount that takes the most money off of your cart. In other words, you'll always be getting the best deal when you enrolling in COpilot classes.
If you cancel enrollments as part of a bundle, the refund you receive will reflect the level of the bundle that still exists. Please see the following example to better understand how the refund process works:
- User A registers for three classes (two 2-credit and one 3-credit) for a total of seven credits (cart total = $315; 10% discount total = $31.50; payment total = $283.50).
- User A then cancels the 3-credit enrollment, which means the transaction is now at four credits (5% discount). So, the new cart total after the canceled class = $180; 5% discount total = $9 which leaves the payment total at $171.
- User A owes COpilot $171, which means the refund will be $112.50 instead of $121.50 because we have to treat the entire transaction differently since it now falls into the 5% tier.
