This was a great class and book! I love how the tiny habits start small and can grow as much as you like. This is a great course for your personal and professional life. This book inspired me to make some changes in my day to day habits at school and at home with my teens!

If you ever wanted to make changes in your personal or professional life, this is the book and the course you want to take. Tiny Habits looks at the motivation, ability, and prompt to do a behavior and focuses on something small. I've already used the ideas in my personal life and I cannot wait to start using them when we get back to school
