Build a Culture of Feedback

About the Course
In Building a Culture of Feedback, teacher learners will discover how to cultivate a rich culture of feedback in their classroom and school to improve student and teacher learning and efficacy. Each week will focus on a different element of feedback: foundations, teacher to student, student to student, student to teacher, and educator to educator. Participants will be presented with a variety of instructional techniques that can be directly applied or modified for all grade levels, K-12.
Educators will actively participate in online, asynchronous learning by reading texts, participating in discussions with fellow participants, and creating feedback protocols that can be immediately implemented for maximum success.
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify the foundational purposes of feedback.
- Develop appropriate feedback protocols for the classroom.
- Implement and apply feedback strategies within the classroom or school.

Great readings, resources, and assignments that you could actually use in your classroom. I have already used several of the things that I created over the course of this class.

This class has a lot of reading but is totally worth it. I immediately used strategies in this course to grade smarter, not harder and my students have been giving each other much better feedback!
