About the Course

Feeling burnt out, unappreciated, overwhelmed? Setting boundaries is an essential skill for maintaining healthy relationships and promoting personal well-being. In this course based on the book Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab, you will learn how to establish and maintain boundaries in your personal and professional environments to improve the quality of your life.

Teachers will actively participate in online learning to further develop their understanding of backward design, assessment, instructional strategies, and curriculum. Specific applications will be made to practice, as teachers will outline a lesson using the UbD template for one of their courses.

This course is appropriate for k-12 teachers.  Teacher librarians, instructional coaches, and administrators are invited to join us.
