Jan Pratt is great about giving positive feedback and lets you know where you might have room for improvement.

I liked the course and have since incorporated yoga into my classroom. However, do know that there is a lot of reading lengthy, sometimes medical based, articles. You also need to listen to lengthy podcasts which I found very interesting. You will need to film yourself several times teaching yoga. It doesn't have to be in front of a class but it's different than the typical Copilot course. If you are on board with all of the above, then I highly recommend this class.

I loved this course. Not only did I get to learn more about what the different poses of yoga specifically do within the body and brain, I learned so much about the science of yoga and exercise. So worth it!
