Anger is a normal emotion that everyone feels from time to time. This class, with the aid of The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Anger: A Step-By-Step Program for Success, will help you to use a variety of tools, exercises, and self-mastery methods to overcome destructive anger. You will be able to recognize and overcome anger triggers, extinguish anger in the heat of the moment, stop the cycle of blame, tolerate negative emotions, deal with difficult people, and repair broken relationships.

This was an amazing class that helped me understand the origins of my anger and how to control my behavior and redirect my thoughts when I do get angry.
