Anger is a normal emotion that everyone feels from time to time. This class, with the aid of The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Anger: A Step-By-Step Program for Success, will help you to use a variety of tools, exercises, and self-mastery methods to overcome destructive anger. You will be able to recognize and overcome anger triggers, extinguish anger in the heat of the moment, stop the cycle of blame, tolerate negative emotions, deal with difficult people, and repair broken relationships.

Great class! I like that it was self-paced, so I could spend as much time on the workbook as I needed. Making the time to read -- and re-read -- the workbook is the key to getting a lot out of this class. Catherine's prompt and thoughtful feedback was helpful and motivational.
